Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Orders shipped to locations outside of the United States (including US Territories) cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original product packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and we will provide the shipping label. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns must be shipped out within 30 days of receiving the return shipping label.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please email info@iconcali.com with your order number and the reason for return. We may be able to help you with your order instead of returning it!
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. If you want a different product, please return your unused product(s) for a refund under the same conditions listed above and place a new order.
Be aware that we cannot guarantee the item you wish to exchange will be in stock.
Sale items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed once your return is received, inspected, and approved. You may choose to be refunded either through store credit, or a refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email when the refund is processed. If you choose to refund your original payment method, the refund is usually completed within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds for International Orders
Be aware that ICON. currently does not ship any products outside of the United States.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds should be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving a refund confirmation email.

Then contact your credit card company or bank; be aware it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
